Wastewater Treatment Plant Roof Improvement

Remove existing aggregate ballast (approx. 5,150 sq ft) and replace with membrane roof system, remove and replace metal coping, and all ancillary work. Additionally, there is one additive alternate bid. Alternate bid one includes removal and replacement of existing domed skylights with curbs, and removal and replacement of removable skylights.
