Upgrades and remodeling of the breakroom, locker room, and restroom facilities. This includes the demolition and reconfiguration of the existing floor plan to enhance functionality, layout, and ADA accessibility. The scope of work encompasses improvements to both interior and exterior lighting, electrical systems, HVAC, flooring, and finishes. Additionally, the project will include painting, the installation of new fixtures, and other associated improvements necessary to modernize and optimize the facility for a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.

Contractor shall install four Owner supplied 60-foot pole light standards, and supply and install concrete caisson foundations, conduit and wiring for the lower Orcutt Community Park playfield, and pedestrian bridge and bollard lighting.

Contractor shall repair/reconstruct approximately 112,000 square feet of asphalt parking lots 4, 5 and 6 at Goleta Beach Park.

Advanced Water Purification Facility

The renovation project includes ADA restroom renovations, interior and exterior path of travel alterations, electrical system replacement (including switchgear), HVAC system replacement, fire suppression system installation, LED lighting replacement and retrofits, ceiling system replacement, security and life safety system installation and upgrades, installation and replacement of doors, windows, and automatic door storefront systems, fascia replacement, interior alterations and improvements, and landscape improvements.

Pulverizing the existing asphalt in place; watering, regrading, and compacting the pulverized material to 95% compaction; installing 3 inches of new hot asphalt; rolling to smooth and compact; applying fog seal; repainting all existing parking lines and stencils; and resetting concrete wheel stops.

The removal of existing roofing materials and the installation of new composition shingles, underlayment, flashing, vents, and necessary wood repairs.

The work to be performed or executed under these specifications consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required by this request for informal bid and the plans and specifications prepared by Wallace Group/Cleath-Harris Geologists dated May 2025. The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of the following the complete and satisfactory construction, and development, of three groundwater monitoring wells specified herein.
