Parking lot slurry sealing - Type I and sealcoating
The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals as required by the work scope, specifications, and contract documents. Work includes cleaning and preparing the parking lot surfaces, grinding asphalt at ADA path of travel transitions for compliance, crack sealing. application of Type I slurry seal to designated parking lot areas, striping and marking of parking spaces and other features.
